SENWOT NELLA PRODUCTIONS a broadcast and motion picture development and production company, headquartered in Atlanta, GA was founded and created in May of 1998. The company officially launched and began production of its first broadcast in October of 2001. In July of 2008 the company under went a major reorganization to maximize its position in the broadcast/motion picture industry.

SENWOT NELLA PRODUCTIONS was founded by managing partners Maurice Townes and Kevin F. Allen.

"Senwot Nella Productions' objective is to extend movie production services to women and minority directors, producers, and writers, while at the same time, being a major studio facilitator/executive producer, educator and financier for minority film projects across the nation", states co-founder and VP of Sales & Marketing, Kevin F. Allen. "We strongly believe our facility and studio infrastructure, coupled with our unique film making methodologies, will provide a launch pad to quality film productions for women and minorities who are interested in producing their own films and branding themselves under the Senwot Nella name", states co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Maurice Townes.
