"Stress
In The Tower" is scheduled to complete filming in February 2009. Initially
this project was three month ahead of schedule, the Director was granted
an extension for a great reason. 
"Stress
In The Tower" is an in-depth documentary which emphasizes the need
for our government to provide better ways to relieve Air Traffic Controllers
from working extensive over time hours and dealing with potentially dangerous
situations.
Senwot Nella Productions will be hosting an open casting call during the month of January 2010 during the second and third Saturdays (January 9th & January 16th). After two years of working to 
bring this dramatic script to the screen, funding has given this project a greenlight. Production started on Racial Boundaries two months ago. The swelling summer humid heat of Baltimore City's south side during 1995 is the back drop of this film. The multi-cultural array of talent which fills out the cast works well in bringing the racial tensions of inner city Baltimore to life.
Production
has begun on Director Townes' most prize possesion, "The Dark Worm
Hole", co-directing with Visual Graphics Artist Ijumo Hayward of Digital
Phoenix Designs. This epic sci-fi film stars Kevin F. Allen and new comer
DaVonta Burrage. "It's been years getting this project off the
ground, funding seems to be the most difficult problem because sci-fi is
so expensive. 
But
we have an excellent story line which is the reason it continues to live",
stated Director Townes. Christopher Travarez who portrays Tyler Pullman-Lawsen
in the dvd-Drama Series The CLOSET was selected to star in the film but
scheduling problems and timing ending up being a problem and Burrage joined
the cast. After some minor rewrites everyone was pleased. Filming started
in July and is scheduled to concluded mid 2009. The release date is scheduled
for Summer 2010 to view the trailer visit the Projects

The Jury is an episodic drama series that is gripping, penetrating and engrossing as it unravels and reveals the prejudices, stereotypes and the power of the law when it's placed in the hands of a diverse group of twelve unique individuals deliberating within the confined walls of a jury room.
The House of Refuge (HOR) located in Atlanta, Georgia has two divisions: Assisting HIV/AIDS individuals with housing and providing Foster Homes for local area children.
The House of Refuge is growing and moving forward with strong support from Senwot Nella Productions. James Bailey, Executive Director of the House Of Refuge states, "our business is taking the broken human spirit and restoring it body, mind and soul. We understand that by educating and assisting the entire person we not only strengthen the individual, but the extended family as well. Kevin and Maurice have provided HOR with tremendous exposure and support over the past thirteen months. We're very grateful."

HOR housing division consists of 4 four-bedroom homes (i.e. with basement bedrooms) all located in a community setting. On any given day approximately 15 adults (i.e. over 21 years of age) and 9 teenagers (i.e. between the ages of 16 and 20) call House Of Refuge "home". Because greater than 50% of our residents come from homes that will not accept them because of their "infection", this will often be the first safe home some will have experienced. Programs with emphasis on targeting the root cause of each individual's HIV/AIDS situation are provided. Through this program each resident receives services to help prepare them to make the transition to permanent housing and living independent with HIV/AIDS . Supportive services typically deal with employment, education, sexual protection, substance abuse and transportation issues.
HOR Foster Home division has assisted in the placing of over 66 children of color in to wonderful homes. Of those 66 children 17 of them have been adopted with SNP's strong assistants.
"We're very excited about the HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention discussion sessions Maurice is holding with our teenagers monthly...it's making a difference. Kevin has donated countless hours of time and optimistic energy to the HIV/AIDS division…his help has been priceless.", states Bailey.
SNP was very instrumental with providing financial support and assistance with establishing the 4th HOR. The 5th HOR will be established this year.
Bringing Diversity to main stream America has been a challenge, however, we're up for it. With the collective talents of actors/models and Photographer, Ijumo Hayward, Senwot Nella Productions is pushing the limits in diversity advertisement campaigns with national household products. "Our goal is to let mainstream America know and understand, gay people don't use 'gay toothpaste' - it doesn't exist." chuckled, Maurice Townes during his Diversity Ad Campaign presentation. We'll find out if mainstream American ready for diverse advertisements.
